EMF Capital Management, Inc. and its predecessor EMF Capital, Inc., collectively EMF Capital, were established in 2003 by Thomas Fey as an entrepreneurial real estate investment company and investment advisory firm. Drawing from its rich history of navigating the intricate landscape of venture capital markets, EMF Capital has successfully raised north of $150 million in private placement capital and financing for its investment platforms, primarily focused on the real estate sector.
